What’s Art Cuisine? Art Cuisine, that’s me, Steffen Sonnenwald, offering more than ten years of professional experience as a freelancer in the areas of gastronomy consulting, cooking classes and food styling as well as author and TV chef.

My credo is to develop and disseminate the art of cooking in many ways. To make people happy through good food is a wonderful task which I very gladly follow. To rediscover and convey old knowledge about the healing power of herbs and spices and their use in the kitchen is an amazing incentive, and combined with a lot of creativity and passion this is exactly what I like - and know - to do!
